This degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) leads to registration as a social worker.
The course is delivered by our academic team of qualified social workers who are all experts in their field, users and carers - including the Citizens as Trainers Group - and colleagues from partner organisations who are practicing social workers.
This course will develop your academic and professional skills preparing you for the demanding role of a social worker.
The values based curriculum is grounded in the understanding of the diversity of people’s background, religion and culture. It will provide the knowledge, skills and expertise required of social workers in the provision of contemporary professional care.
