This course is designed for those intending to work in general practice surveying, property management, property investment, property development and other property related fields.
It focuses on the appraisal of commercial property for occupation, development and investment largely in an urban context. Students’ property related skills and knowledge together with an understanding of finance, business management and marketing in the context of the industry will be developed.
The School of the Built Environment and Architecture is one of the largest of its kind in the country with members of the teaching team having a vast range of knowledge and expertise. Students studying on the course will be taught on a site which is the heart of a multi-billion pound regeneration area. As a result of this they will be able to experience just how dynamic the property market can be.
