Leeds offers you a comprehensive introduction to five very different aspects of environmental study during your first year - atmosphere, biosphere, earth systems, water science and management – to help you make a truly informed decision about which areas to pursue. Exciting practical work will develop both your scientific tools and a coherent environmental philosophy. You'll also spend a full year studying overseas. This is your chance to engage with different environmental issues, enjoy exciting fieldwork, meet new friends – not to mention the travel opportunities! A final year at Masters level qualifies you for a better entry-level in your career or for a PhD.
