Radiography at Leeds is a highly rated course with 94% student satisfaction in the 2016 NSS and at least 95% of our students in study or employed in a professional/managerial job within six months - 2015 NSS. This degree will equip you to become a safe, reflective practitioner who is able to deliver care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We use both academic and workplace learning throughout an extended academic year. Our radiography programme runs over three years of full time study, which combines both theory and practice during a total of 56 weeks on placement. Placements are an integral part of your learning and we have an established circuit of high quality NHS environments in which you will receive clinical training from experienced radiography professionals. Clinical practice is a fundamental and critical component of the programme and you will gain lots of work experience in clinical departments with our partner regional NHS Trust Hospitals.
