Do you want to study something different that makes you stand out from other graduates? Then our Business Management (1 Year In-Company) course is for you! Nottingham Business School created this distinctive course to offer a unique work-based learning experience, which will enhance your employability and enable you to have impact in the workplace. Your first year of study will be based at Nottingham Trent University and will incorporate traditional modes of learning such as lectures and seminars. Your second year will be spent on placement, where you will complete modules by distance learning while studying full-time. In your final year you will return to NTU, and in addition to core subject-based modules you will be involved in mentoring first year students and running a student-led conference.
This course will enable you to develop your self-confidence, self-reliance and independence. You will take responsibility for your own learning and career development. It will help develop your professionalism and ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
Our BA (Hons) Business Management courses have Dual Award status with the Chartered Management Institute, which means you will gain a CMI qualification in addition to your degree.
